What is Child Dedication?

In recognition of the responsibility and privilege of parenting, and to demonstrate our support as you raise your children, The Church at Rancho Bernardo invites families to participate in a service of dedication whereby God’s blessing is formally invoked upon the parents and children, and parents make a public commitment to provide a nurturing home where their child will have an opportunity to learn about Jesus and His amazing love. Offered twice annually.

How do I participate in Child Dedication?

1. Register online or in the app.

2. Write a brief blessing note to your child to be read during the ceremony (see sample below)

3. Please email 2 photos of your child to Morgan (please rename photos with child’s name ex: brookekadel1.jpg)

4. Attend the Child Dedication Orientation – details when you register
